If your package arrives damaged, please refuse and contact SA SA immediately. No box that appears to have been damaged in shipment should be accepted.

Stock Availability and Custom Orders

SA SA does their best to keep items on the website in stock at all times. However, there are occasions when jewelry will be backordered while we re-stock.

Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the design, etc. Custom orders are a minimum of $50 and priced based on time, difficulty and materials.
