No, all stamping is free.

What charms can be stamped?

Almost all charms can be stamped however the number of letters or numbers varies per piece.  Br creative and think about adding a wedding date, maiden name, favorite saying or word to your SaSa.  Please contact us for further details.

How does the Mother’s Heart work?

This charm comes with one open heart and one solid heart.  Additional solid hearts can be added for $20.  We have added as many as 11 extra hearts to one   open heart, and it  looked great!

How many letters or numbers can be stamped on the Mother’s Heart?

We can stamp up to 9 letters or numbers on the solid heart.

Can I order a custom charm from SaSa?

How do I clean my SaSa?

Good ol’ fashioned toothpaste is a great way to clean your SaSa.  Apply toothpaste to a paper towel or old tooth brush and rub onto your jewelry to remove and dirt or tarnish.  Rinse under warm water and your SaSa will look like new.

A silver polishing cloth is also a great way to clean your jewelry.

What materials does SaSa use?

All SaSa jewelry is .925 sterling silver that has been oxidized to enhance the detail.  Custom orders can be made in 14k or 18k white or yellow gold.

Can I add new SaSa charms at home?

Yes, the beauty of SaSa’s design is that you don’t need a jeweler to add or remove charms.  The easy to use clasp means you can upgrade your SaSa necklace or existing chain to include all of the latest designs!

How do I wear my Heartstring?

The Heartstring is a very versatile piece.  It can be worn as an necklace, bracelet or even an anklet. Some even wear multiples to really show their love!

You can also remove the heart from the string and add to your SaSa chain or another chain you may have.
